Deep Learning Anti-Fraud Model for Internet Loan: Where We Are Going

Abstract: Recently, Internet finance is increasingly popular. However, bad debt has become a serious threat to Internet financial companies. The fraud detection models commonly used in conventional financial companies is logistic regression. Although it is interpretable, the accuracy of the logistic regression still remains to be improved. This paper takes a large public loan dataset, e.g. Lending club, for example, to explore the potential of applying deep neural network for fraud detection. We first fill the missing v… Show more

“…Nevertheless, the exact virological and epidemiological characteristics of this third zoonotic coronavirus, including transmissibility and mortality, are not known. Deep learning has the ability to learn and model nonlinear complex relationships which has received interest and attention in various fields [13][14][15][16]. Nevertheless, with such a significant number of active cases worldwide, training deep learning models would be time-consuming and vulnerable to overfitting [17].…”

“…Ensemble learning (EL) is a machine learning mechanism that merges several base models in order to produce one optimal predictive model. EL has been used for increasing accuracy and consolidating the classification performance Feng, Huang, and Ren 2018 [7]. In addition, ensemble learning algorithms contributed to the prediction in many sectors.…”
