Abstract:BACKGROUND: Accurate classification of ischemic stroke subtype is important for effective secondary prevention of stroke. We used diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and atrial fibrillation (AF) data to train a deep learning algorithm to classify stroke subtype.
