Deep‐penetrating‐nevus‐like melanoma arising in patients with familial adenomatous polyposis syndrome

Abstract: Deep penetrating nevi (DPN) are uncommon but distinctive melanocytic neoplasms that show an epithelioid to spindle cell morphology, prominent pigmentation with melanophages, and a plexiform growth pattern.
