Abstract: In this study, a homogeneous membrane-type reflective metasurface is proposed to achieve the efficient manipulation of waterborne sounds. The metasurface is single-phase and constitutes only a stiff metal material (stainless steel); furthermore, its thickness can reach the deep-subwavelength range.
