Deepening Attention to Social Location in Building Leader and Leadership Efficacy

Abstract: Leadership efficacy is a powerful determinant of leadership capacity and enactment. However, little attention is paid to how social location shapes its development. This chapter provides pathways for cultivating youth leadership efficacy that are attentive to social location.
