Abstract:Improving the quality of the perovskite thin film is essential for fabricating highly efficient perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, the widely used mixed cation RbCsMAFAPb-(IBr) 3 perovskite absorber layer contains many defects, which work as charge recombination centers, decreasing the device's performance. Herein, we introduce phenethylammonium chloride (PEACl), an additive in the perovskite precursor solution, to reduce surface defects and nonradiative recombination, strongly influencing the charge-tran… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
