Defensive strategies of nursing workers in the pediatric emergency room

Abstract: Objective: to understand the defensive strategies of nursing workers in the pediatric emergency room. Methods: this is a qualitative research carried out with nine nursing workers from a pediatric emergency room at a federal public university hospital.
