Defining an ‘older’ patient in the context of therapeutic decision making: perspectives of Australian pharmacists and nurses

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To explore Australian nurses and pharmacist's perspectives on defining an 'older' patient in the context of decision-making around pharmacotherapy.
