Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the degrees of freedom (DoF) of a multi-cell multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) interference broadcast channel (IBC) with non-cooperation distributed base stations (BS), where each BS serves users of its corresponding cell.
