“…The above mentioned results identify that x-value between 0.4 and 0.6 is the most appropriate for this reforming reaction. This suitable amount of Ni is beneficial to the metallic nickel highly dispersed into the hexaaluminates lattice, which provides more active sites for this reforming reaction and improves the resistance to the metallic nickel sintering and carbon deposition [8]. Compared with hexaaluminate LaNi x Mg 0.8 Al 11.2-x O 19+δ , CH 4 and CO 2 conversions over hexaaluminate LaNi x Mg 1-x Al 11 O 19+δ are relatively higher at the same reaction conditions, which are probably assigned to possessing a pure magnetoplumbite-type structure (confirmed by XRD patterns).…”
