Abstract:Background Traumatic brain injury causes morbidity, mortality and many emergency department visits. Computerized tomography of the head is the gold standard to detect traumatic intracranial hemorrhage. Some are not diagnosed at the first scan and they are denoted “delayed intracranial hemorrhages”.
