Delayed Trastuzumb (Herceptin)-Related ARDS

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Antineoplastic agent-induced interstitial pneumonitis is a potentially lethal adverse event for which glucocorticoids are a treatment option although no studies have been conducted that demonstrate benefit.
