Dementia with Lewy bodies

Abstract: Lewy body dementia is an umbrella term for dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and Parkinson disease dementia. These progressive, degenerative brain disorders link dementia with psychosis and parkinsonism and are difficult to diagnose.
