Demonstration of Heterogeneous Structure for Fabricating a Comb-Drive Actuator for Cryogenic Applications

Abstract: This study presents an experimental demonstration of the motion characteristics of a comb-drive actuator fabricated from heterogeneous structure and applied for cryogenic environments.
