Abstract: Glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis (GIOP) is the common reason for secondary osteoporosis. Dendrobine (DEN) is the major biologically active component of Dendrobium of f icinale with anti-inflammatory and antiaging properties. Whether DEN could alleviate osteogenic inhibition in GIOP rats is still unknown.
