Dengue or Japanese encephalitis?

Abstract: Background: Dengue and Japanese encephalitis are considered as one of the most common arbovirus diseases in tropics. Dengue virus has a wide spectrum of presentation starting from the classical dengue fever to dengue encephalitis and dengue shock syndrome.
