Denoising and Motion Artifact Removal Using Deformable Kernel Prediction Neural Network for Color-Intensified CMOS

Abstract: Image intensifiers are used internationally as advanced military night-vision devices. They have better imaging performance in low-light-level conditions than CMOS/CCD.
