Dens evaginatus, tratamiento de absceso apical agudo: reporte de caso

Abstract: Because the tuber of the dens evaginatus may extend above the occlusal surface, the result of a traumatic occlusal force may cause abnormal wear or fracture, with the usual form of pulp exposure, which if not treated early, can lead to inflammation pulp or an infectious process.
