Abstract:Chronic infantile neurological cutaneous articular (CINCA) syndrome periodically causes fever along with inflammation in multiple organs. Patients with this condition are vulnerable to dental problems due to systemic inflammation. For uncooperative patients, general anesthesia has been widely used to control negative behavior.
