Denture in trachea — a late presentation

Abstract

A 72-year-old man was evaluated for hoarse voice and cough with a history of maxillo-facial trauma 3 years ago.Fibreoptic laryngoscopy, CT scan neck (Figs. 1 and 2) showed a vertical bar below the vocal cords.This was removed by rigid bronchoscopy and turned out to be a denture!
