Depresión, ansiedad y estrés por COVID -19 en actores educativos

Abstract

Objetivo: Analizar la presencia de depresión, ansiedad y estrés en actores educativos durante el periodo de cuarentena por COVID -19. Método: De tipo descriptivo con diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 434 actores educativos que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Resultados: En el rango estrés extremadamente severo, se ubican 63 estudiantes para un 40% de la población total de investigación. En el rango estrés extremadamente severo, se ubican 30 docentes para un 40% de la población total de investigación. Conclusión: El actual estudio confirma la presencia de depresión, ansiedad y estrés, en la muestra poblacional, queda evidenciado que el COVID-19 incide directamente en la salud mental de las personas, por ende, contribuye al reforzamiento de depresión, ansiedad y estrés, en los actores educativos cuando deben asumir su rol académico en medio de reconfigurar su estilo de vida y aprendizaje por la tensión de prevenir el COVID-19.
