Depression and Vitamin B12 Deficiency in Multiple Autoimmune Syndrome (MAS) Type 3: About A Case

Abstract: Vitamin B12 deficiency significantly increases the risk of depressive symptoms. We report the case of a 47-year-old woman with vitamin B12 deficiency in the setting of multiple autoimmune syndrome (MAS) type 3 to draw attention to the importance of the dosage of vitamin B12 in the event of depression.
