Der Stellenwert der elektronischen Datenverarbeitung in der Evaluierung neuer Gerinnungsdiagnostika

Abstract: Zusammenfassung:Mehrere Möglichkeiten der ED V für den Einsatz im Rahmen der klinischen Prüfung neuer Gerinnungsdiagnostika werden in der folgenden Arbeit beschrieben. Neuartige statistische und graphische Methoden auf E D V-; Basis wurden für die Prüfung von zwei neuentwickelten Tests zur Bestimmung der Thromboplastinzeit (TPZ) entwickelt und auf ihre Praktikabilität getestet.
