Abstract: Introduction: Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is used to manage the symptoms of inflammatory rheumatic and dermatologic disorders. However, HCQ retinopathy is a serious side effect because even after the drug is discontinued, irreversible vision loss may occur and may continue to progress.
