Dermatomyositis a Diagnositic Delimma: An Interesting Case Series and Review of Literature

Abstract: Dermatomyositis is a rare idiopathic inflammatory myopathy with characteristic cutaneous findings that occur in children and adults. We report a case series of dermatomyositis rare disease and the dilemma associated with the diagnosis. All the three cases we discussed were difficult to diagnose and had diagnostic dilemma.
