Abstract:ResumenLa dermatosis cenicienta es un trastorno pigmentario infrecuente que se presenta en individuos de piel morena, especialmente en centroamericanos. Las lesiones consisten en manchas hiperpigmentadas de coloración gris-azulada, principalmente localizadas en la cara, tronco y brazos.
