Dermoid cyst of the head of the pancreas area

Abstract: We report a case of dermoid cyst of the head of the pancreas area in a 26-yr-old woman radically treated with pancreatoduodenectomy and alive with no recurrence at 6-yr follow-up. The diagnostic and surgical procedures are described, and the literature is reviewed.
