Bot is a kind of interactive agent, designed computer program to simulate intelligent conversation with one or more human users via speech recognition and chat interfaces. This study aims to develop a chat bot at SPBU 44.501.01 which can increase customer satisfaction by asking about profiles, facilities, services, fuel prices and other matters related to SPBU 44.501.01 using the API telegram bot. The method used for the chat bot at gas station 44.501.01 uses a long poll made with BotFather and the Python programming language. The service process can run better and faster if it is supported by the application of supporting information technology. The use of Telegram bots as a form of variation in providing services for users provides convenience and optimization for users because the role of SPBU 44.501.01 in answering messages or questions can be replaced via telegram. Making telegram bots with the long-polling method can be implemented properly at SPBU 44.501.01.
