Administrative management is very important in business, including the motorcycle sales business. The existence of an integrated system to handle administrative activities is absolutely necessary to increase work efficiency and tidy up the storage of related documents. In this research, the development of an administration system for motorcycle dealers will be carried out using the FAST Framework. FAST Framework was chosen because of its ability to support rapid application development. In this study, FAST Framework will be carried out in five stages, namely scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design and physical design for the development of motorcycle dealer administration applications, so that applications will be produced that suit user needs. The results of this study will be used to collect data on license plates, collect data on vehicle registration, collect data on motorcycle down payment, and collect data on motorcycle sales. From the results of this study, an application has been produced that will facilitate business administration and service customer data needs. The resulting application has been tested and can run well to handle the necessary business administration needs. Through the application produced by this research, consumers also no longer need to come directly to the dealer to check the status of motor vehicle registration because it can be done online.

Senior High School 1 V Koto Timur is one of the public schools located in Padang Pariaman Regency. In solving student problems, schools have guidance and counseling teachers that are responsible for providing services to students, whether students have problems or commit violations. But in fact, the existing counseling guidance has not been properly recorded related to the guidance and violations committed by students. With the development of a counseling guidance application, it is hoped that it can be a solution to these to monitor guidance counseling or violations committed by students. This study aims to develop a counseling guidance application that can mediate interactions between teachers and students as well as monitor student progress by their parents. The counseling guidance application was developed using the waterfall method, where each stage is carried out sequentially. It was developed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework of data management, the counseling guidance application utilizes the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Apache web server. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that this counseling guidance application can be an intermediary for interaction between teachers and students, especially at SMA N 1 V Koto Timur, with an activity log that stores counseling guidance data between teachers, BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. In addition, parents can also monitor developments related to violations, guidance, and achievements of their children at school.

[Bahasa]: Konsep konseling siber menjadi topik yang hangat saat ini mengingat kondisi masyarakat di tanah air yang menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 di samping angka pengguna teknologi yang terus meningkat. Kehadiran konseling siber melibatkan konselor dan konseli yang secara kemitraan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh konseli. Kegiatan pengabdian di Pondok Pesantren Annida Kota Cirebon ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengedukasi deskripsi layanan konseling siber terhadap para santri pada pondok pesantren tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan teknik sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi konselinglab.id kepada para peserta. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan, mampu menguasai materi dengan baik, dan memahami penggunaan aplikasi konseling siber. Dengan demikian, aplikasi sistem informasi konseling dapat menjadi rekomendasi untuk diterapkan sebagai alat bantu konselor dan konseli ketika proses konseling dilakukan. Kata Kunci: konseling siber, layanan konseling, sistem informasi konseling, Participatory Action Research [English]: The concept of cyber counseling is an emerging topic due to the pandemic and the increasing numbers of technology users. It involves both the counselor and the counselee in solving problems. The purpose of this community service program held at Annida Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon was to introduce cyber counseling services to the students. The method used in the program was Participatory Action Research (PAR) by providing socialization, counseling, and training on the use of an application called konselinglab.id. The results of this program show that the participants are very enthusiastic and able to understand the material and use the application. Thus, the application is highly recommended to be utilized as an essential tool in the counseling.
