Descending Perineum Syndrome: Are Abdominal Hysterectomy and Bowel Habits Linked?

Abstract: Clinical evaluation and instrumental data suggested a possible link between fecal incontinence and abdominal hysterectomy in patients affected by descending perineum syndrome.
