Description of Molecular Prognostic Markers in AML Uruguayan Patients

Abstract: Acute myeloblastic leukemias (AML) are the most frequent acute leukemias in adults. Recent genomic and candidate gene studies identified novel recurrent somatic mutations in patients with AML with biological, clinical and therapeutic significance.
