Desempenho de frangos de corte alimentados com torta de girassol

Abstract

ResumoForam realizados dois experimentos para avaliar o uso da torta de girassol (TG) na alimentação de frangos de corte, sendo determinado o seu valor nutricional e seus efeitos sobre o desempenho zootécnico. No primeiro experimento, de digestibilidade, foram utilizados 96 frangos de corte com 28 dias de idade, alimentados com uma ração referência e uma ração teste com inclusão de 20% de TG. Os valores dos coeficientes de digestibilidade da MS, PB, EE, FB e EMAn foram, com base na matéria natural, 46,18; 60,70; 81,53 e 6,42% e 2.800 kcal/kg, respectivamente. No segundo experimento, de desempenho, no qual foram utilizados 420 frangos, submetidos a sete tratamentos, sendo uma ração testemunha (0% TG) e a combinação de três níveis de inclusão de TG na ração (6, 12 e 18%) e duas idades de início do seu fornecimento, 20 (Id.1) ou 34 (Id.2) dias, observou-se efeitos quadráticos para consumo de ração e ganho de peso (pontos de máximo: 9,6 e 12,3%, respectivamente) e linear decrescente para a conversão alimentar para Id.1. Para o fornecimento a partir da Id.2 os parâmetros de desempenho não foram afetados pelos níveis de TG. Considerando-se a conversão alimentar a TG pode compor 18% das rações dos frangos de corte, a partir dos 20 ou 34 dias de idade. Night-six animals aging, 28 days were utilized in Experiment 1. The animals were fed on a reference ration and on a test ration containing 20% of SC. Values for digestibility coefficients of DM, CP, EE, CF and AMEn were, based on natural matter, 46.18; 60.70; 81.53; 6.42% and 2,800 kcal/kg, respectively. In experiment 2, performance, where 420 chickens were used, assigned to seven treatments, being a control diet (0% SC) and the combination of three levels of dietary inclusion of SC (6, 12 and 18%) and two ages starting at first feeding, 20 (A1) or 34 (A2) days, there was a quadratic effect on feed intake and weight gain (maximum points: 9.6 and 12.3% respectively) and linear decrease in feed conversion for A1. For the feeding at A2 the performance parameters were not affected by the levels of SC. Considering that feed conversion to SC can compose 18% of the diets of broilers from 20 or 34 days.
