Abstract:The main contribution of this research is the design of a series hybrid topology for a photovoltaic distribution system using Buck-Boost converter modules. This design incorporates a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm based on the perturb and observe method, linear PI controllers, and an energy management algorithm.
