Design and development of tranexamic acid loaded film‐forming gel to alleviate melasma

Abstract: Background Melasma is a skin condition that causes increased epidermal pigmentation, enlarged melanocytes, increased melanosomes, solar elastosis, dermal blood vessels, and, occasionally, perivascular lymph histiocytic infiltrates.
