Design and fabrication of an interleaved high step‐up DC–DC converter with soft‐switching capability to implement in renewable energy systems

Abstract: This paper presents a soft‐switching non‐isolated interleaved high step‐up topology to implement in renewable energy systems. By using low number of power electronic devices and incorporation with the coupled inductors (CIs) and built‐in transformer (BIT), simultaneously, mixed with a voltage multiplier cell (VMC), an ultra‐large gain can be obtained.
