Abstract:An efficient eco-friendly construction of 4-aryltetrazolo [1,5-a][1, 8]naphthyridine scaffolds has been successfully prepared through the microwave method in a short reaction time with good yields. The microwave method has unique advantages, short reaction time, easy workup procedure, and simple purification of the products.
