This paper surveys, reviews and describes an air base (an airport) protection system and airport surveillance system based on wireless network and surveillance technology. The goal of this paper is to present the proposed airbase protection system in terms of ground surveillance that increases the performance, efficiency and capability to the system and users (such as soldier, officer, air traffic controller etc.) by using Long-term Evolution (LTE). The commander can manage, resolve and decide the situation awareness to protect the critical incidents. If the accidents occur, it will affect the stability of military, airbase, population and country. Furthermore, this paper shows that the current trend is to provide wireless sensor networks, multi cameras and airport security checkpoints.

The possibility of a robot failing to perform its task can be influenced by factors related to its movement and the load it carries. This concern is particularly important in mobile robots where these factors are more noticeable. Many researchers have conducted studies to quantify the loss of stability in different types of robots. However, these studies often require expensive and complex equipment for replication. Therefore, this research proposes an alternative approach to estimate tip-over stability using MATLAB/Simulink. The methodology involves using a 3-degree-of-freedom serial manipulator placed on an Angular Positioning Table. The stability measure is determined by applying a criterion based on the average normal reactions at the base of the manipulator. Case studies are conducted to simulate operating conditions and assess the potential for tipping over based on the trajectory between two desired points. Finally, a case is presented where the obtained stability values are used to mitigate this effect by adjusting the manipulator’s trajectory.

The electricity generated can be used for general purposes like street lights, traffic signals etc. Power generation can be improved by arranging these power humps in series, and this generated power can be amplified and stored using a battery using speed breaker. Cone maintenance cost is very low. With this arrangement, the demand can be reduced to some extent. This scheme takes power from the speed breaker by arranging the gear and using the battery. This can generate large amount of electricity and if implemented will be very beneficial for the government. The principle in this scheme is the conversion of electrical energy into potential energy.
