In order to solve the problems of high misevaluation rate and low work efficiency in the process of mental health intelligent evaluation, a method of mental health intelligent evaluation system oriented to the decision tree algorithm is proposed. First, the current research status of mental health intelligent evaluation was analyzed and the framework of mental health intelligent evaluation system was constructed. Then, the mental health intelligent evaluation data were collected and the decision tree algorithm was used to analyze and classify the mental health intelligent evaluation data to obtain the mental health intelligent evaluation results. Finally, specific simulation experiments are used to analyze the feasibility and superiority of the mental health intelligent evaluation system. The experimental results show that the recall rate of each system increases with the increasing number of iterations, and the system has the highest recall rate. Also, it is stable after the number of iterations reaches 20, with good recall and adaptive scheduling performance. The recall rate of comparison system 1 and comparison system 2 fluctuates greatly, and the recall rate is lower than that of the system in this paper. It is proved that the method of the mental health intelligent evaluation system of the decision tree algorithm can effectively solve the problem and improve the accuracy of the mental health intelligent evaluation. The efficiency of mental health intelligent evaluation is improved, and the system stability is better, which can meet the actual requirements of current mental health intelligent evaluation.

From the perspective of ecological translation, the “three-dimensional conversion” method of civil aviation terminology is proposed to help improve the accuracy of civil aviation English terminology translation. The strategy of cultivating civil aviation English translation talents is provided by three means: enhancing the awareness of ecological translation aesthetics, multicultural literacy, and innovative cultivation modes. Based on the QFD method under the TRIZ theory, the quality evaluation model of civil aviation English translation talent cultivation is constructed, and the degree of talent cultivation demand is calculated. Construct an information technology training platform for English translation talents in the civil aviation industry, focusing on four aspects: system function, innovation theory learning, innovation theory application, and innovation achievement evaluation. The effects of the civil aviation English translation talent cultivation model and quality evaluation are analyzed separately. According to the findings, the innovative civil aviation English translation talent cultivation model achieves scores of 0.68, 0.77, 0.46, 0.7, and 0.41, and is more effective than the traditional talent cultivation model. In the quality evaluation of civil aviation English translation talent training, all 19 indexes scored above 5 points, indicating that the quality of talent training is better and can deliver a number of high-quality English translation talents to the civil aviation industry.

Cultivation Path for Innovation Ability of Sci-Tech Talents in the Background of Big Data

China mainly relies on higher education to cultivate sci-tech talents. The decision makers and workers of higher education face the important task of cultivating high-quality sci-tech talents that benefits the society. However, the current cultivation system for the innovation ability of high-quality sci-tech talents has some defects, and the practical experience is severely lacking for the cultivation of big data ability of high-quality sci-tech talents. Therefore, this paper explores the cultivation path for innovation ability of sci-tech talents in the background of big data. Firstly, a pre-survey was carried out on the factors affecting the innovation ability of sci-tech talents in the background of big data, an evaluation index system was established for the said ability, and the cultivation path was given for that ability. Next, the gradient boosted decision tree (GBDT) was combined with neural network (NN) into a hybrid approach, which integrates the merits of both methods. The hybrid approach was adopted to analyze and evaluate the factors affecting the innovation ability of sci-tech talents. Then, the authors further explored whether the basic ability, technology ability, and management ability of big data analysis promotes the optimization of the cultivation path for innovation ability of sci-tech talents. Through experiments, the authors obtained the regression analysis results on the innovation ability of sci-tech talents, and put forward suggestions on how to optimize the cultivation path for innovation ability of sci-tech talents.
