Design and Implementation of Fpga Based Digital Switching Controller for Dc-Dc Converters Used In System- On- A-Chip Applications

Abstract: DC-DC converters are electronic devices that are used to change DC electrical power efficiently from one voltage level to another. This paper proposes a new Digital Pulse Width Modulator (DPWM) which generates variable duty cycle PWM pulse and it can be used as switching controller for DC-DC converters used in battery powered portable electronic and mobile devices.
