Design and progress toward a multiconjugate adaptive optics system for distributed aberration correction

Abstract: This article investigates the use of a multi-conjugate adaptive optics system to improve the field-of-view for the system. The emphasis of this research is to develop techniques to improve the performance of optical systems with applications to horizontal imaging.
