Design and Simulation of Pulsed Loading Parameters in Tube Hydroforming

Abstract: Abstract. In order to determine the pulsating loading parameters in the hydroforming of the reducer, an austenitic 304 stainless steel reducer is taken as an example. The simulation model is established by using finite element analysis software. The hydraulic loading speed is 2 MPa • s-1 and the amplitude 3MPa and 5MPa, frequency 1Hz and 0.5Hz.
