Design and Synthesis of an Activity-Based Probe Template for Protein Kinases

Abstract

A potential activity-based probe for protein kinases was designed around mechanism-based inhibitors of insulin receptor kinase. The probe was synthesized by a chemoselective conjugate addition of ATPgS to an epoxyenone.
