Design and verification of implementation factors of cross-border mergers and acquisitions projects

Abstract: The aim of the contribution is to identify the implementation factors influencing the successfulness of cross-border mergers and acquisitions projects extracted on the basis of an analysis of the opinions of managers of 244 companies (international corporations) based in 45 countries of the European Economic Area, which were the subject of a cross-border merger or acquisition.
