Design and verification of launch and space vehicle structures

Abstract: The current state of the art in the design and verification of launch and space vehicle structures is summarized. The most widely used structural dynamic model formulation and loads analysis procedures are described. Programmatic considerations and significant lessons learned are also discussed.
