Abstract:In this work, a novel continuous wave fiber laser, pumped at π π = ππππ ππ and emitting at π π = π ππ, has been designed and optimized. It is based on a step-index, doublecladding, praseodymium-doped fluoroindate glass fiber, available on market, having dopant concentration π΅ π·π = ππππ πππ.
