Abstract:Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) require ultra-precise electrical measurements due to their unique charge transport mechanisms and sensitivity to environmental factors, yet commercial semiconductor parameter analysers capable of such measurements are prohibitively expensive for many research laboratories.
