Design of a synthesis‐friendly hypoxia‐responsive promoter for cell‐based therapeutics

Abstract: Towards the goal of making ‘smart’ cell therapies, one that recognizes disease conditions (e.g. hypoxia) and then produces mitigating biologics, it is important to develop suitable promoters.
