Abstract: Direct detection of light-mass dark matter is a frontier topic in international physics research. The reduction of system threshold is important in order to improve the sensitivity of light-mass dark matter detection. The scientific goal of the China Dark Matter Experiment (CDEX) at Jinping Underground Laboratory in China is to detect WIMPs utilizing a high-purity germanium array detector.
