Abstract:For the acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF)-based spectral imaging systems, the diffraction efficiency of the AOTF is a primary factor affecting system throughput. Moreover, the distribution of the acoustic field within the AOTF fundamentally determines the device’s diffraction efficiency.
