Design of configuration-restricted triazolylated β-d-ribofuranosides: a unique family of crescent-shaped RNase A inhibitors

Abstract: A new series of carbohydrate-bistriazole hybrid molecules were designed and subsequently screened for their RNase A inhibitory potency by different biophysical techniques and docking studies.
